INTRODUCTION

We are Federal Auction Co. a full service auction-liquidation company. We get contracts from a variety of sources to bring items to market around the country. The following is a partial listing of the merchandise to be auctioned today, catalogued for your convenience. You will note that some items include estimated values- these values represent the opinions of the seller(s) and are in no way guaranteed by Fed. Auction Co. Estimated values may be higher or lower than the actual value determined by the bidders. Fed. Auction Co. highly encourages prospective bidders to carefully examine merchandise before bidding on it to determine its condition and value. If a prospective bidder has not examined the merchandise, Fed. Auction Co. recommends that he or she not bid on it. All accepted bids are considered final sales. Some of the merchandise offered for auction may have a reserve- that is, our contract specifies that we cannot sell it until we reach an amount, which is confidential. Fed. Auction Co. reserves the right to withdraw any item before the sale with no liability for such auction. If the auctioneer decides that opening bids, or successive bids, are below the reserve of an item, he may reject the bid. If a lot has been auctioned, but has not sold because it did not reach the reserve, Fed. Auction Co. at its discretion, may reveal the reserve amount for post-auction sale.

DETAILS OF MERCHANDISE
JEWELRY: All of our jewelry items are guaranteed to be of the content listed in the catalog. Although everything else is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, NO GUARANTEE, with the jewelry we guarantee all gemstones and gold karat to be genuine as described. Unless described as “NEW”, any of our Rolex and other watches are understood to be estate or secondary market items and as such may contain reconditioned or custom parts. In many cases, vintage enhances value. ART: Our representatives go to great lengths to secure a variety of art that is either valuable or possesses certain aesthetic qualities with wide appeal.

WE GUARANTEE ALL OF OUR ART TO BE AS DESCRIBED
Many pieces offered are certified with attached certificates. Any piece offered as signed is guaranteed to be an original, serigraph, lithograph, print or etching. FURS: Our contracts enable us to offer some of the finest furs and leathers available to the market today. All of our pieces are guaranteed to be brand new and of top quality. Any fur or leather that is not brand new will be listed as an “Estate Item” in our catalog. It is the recommendation of Fed. Auction Co. that prospective bidders try on these fine pieces prior to bidding. If a coat of your desire needs the sleeve or hem to be shortened/lengthened, your local furrier can alter it for approximately $200-$400. RUGS: On exhibit today is an exceptional array of hand knitted carpets from around the world. All carpets offered for sale are guaranteed to be hand made. Any carpet offered is described as either being wool, silk, or a combination of both and is guaranteed to be of the content listed. Markets today often confuse carpet patterns and city of origin. Additionally, many weavers in the Middle East and the world are nomadic tribes. For those reasons, we cannot guarantee city of origin. In addition to the above highlights, we will also offer computers, electronics, sports memorabilia, musical instruments, fine porcelain, tapestries, silver plated and silver items, crystal, lamps, statues and other miscellaneous goods. Fed. Auction Co. appreciates your business and hopes to see you at future auctions. If you would like to be added to our mailing list, have any questions or comments, or have merchandise that you would like to have auctioned, please see the cashier at the registration area or contact us during the week at 800-962-0434.
