Certify that the following listed item(s) belong to me (us) and I (we) am (are) willing to sell them by Federal Auction Co. I (we) understand that there is a 20% commission for Federal Auction Co. which will be deducted after item is sold from our agreeable price(s) listed below.

 Federal Auction Co., guarantees the reserve price(s) and will be fully liable & responsible for keeping the items in a good shape and shall be insured under Federal Auction Co. insurance Policy.

In case the item sold below reserve price or any lost or damage, Federal Auction Co. will pay the agreeable Price minus the 20% commission.

It is cleared and understood in case any item(s) sold above the agreeable price, Federal Auction Co. has the right to keep the difference and pay me the agreeable price, minus 20% commission.
